Molczan Tired from all the canning and dehydrating...but still have a bag of apples to turn into frozen pie fillings. Ugh, must find energy!

wow, that's a lot of work! i have always wanted to dehydrate some stuff but never tried it yet. think how happy you'll be when you're finished!
Molczan Made Basil salt last night from a recipe in Food Network Magazine--tried it on a fresh tomato today- YUM!

Molczan Trying a new sourdough Rye Bread recipe. It took 4 days to grow the sourdough and now the loaves are doing their final proof. Hope they turn out good!
