Okay - then that must not be the entire CS, Tiza if it says CS5 Photoshop - but it's probably what you want to use so I'd sure go for it. I doubt if you would want the whole CS package - but I don't know - just guessing.....

Considering that the full version is $699 it sure sounds good. Even if they come out with CS6 soon and you choose to upgrade, you still come out ahead. I would call Adobe and get an upgrade price on your current PSE...tell them of your offer after you hear their offer.
