KFiasco  I have to do a 10-15 minute demonstration on something I can teach. Anybody have any good ideas? It is for a job interview to teach Drs. a new computer application.

How about how to scrap a page or 123 presentation? It's technology based, you can tug on their hearts with your story or theme, and it's something they will remember! Whatever you choose, good luck!

I was going to mention scrapping, but the 123 presentation sounds like a great idea; as Burnsie says, it's technology based so that may get you some extra points.
