oh I hear you, and my dh did go to a sleep clinic!!! thankfully it seems to have eased up and I get more sleep lately or am I talking too soon, lol.

Yes, my other half is a chronic snorer too and complains that I complain! We tried the ring that hits a pressure point in his pinky finger - and that helps... but I also wear ear plugs every night too :-)

My dad snores (understatement) and his dentist gave him a special mouth guard type thing that moves the bottom jaw into alignment so he doesn't snore. It might be worth asking the dentist about.
