diannecp  man, i really struggle with visual (i.e. video) tutorials! so frustrating. can anyone else relate? i just want to read instructions - haha!

it's weird, i would say i'm a very visual person. i think in images. but when it comes to learning, i want to read it for myself. i think i go faster that way. but more and more stuff is video tutorials these days.

I do know what you mean Dianne and not only do I understand better seeing and reading - I do it easier on paper as opposed to the computer screen. Go figure...

I'm with you. I don't mind the videos if there is closed captioning, but my hearing is so bad that I really struggle to follow auditory instructions. You're right about all of the video tutorials out there.
