Nica  I've been arguing with a publisher since July about getting my layouts that I ordered. Yesterday, they came in the mail, after I had already called the credit card company (a month ago) and paid to print them at home. They're beautiful prints and so affordable. I'm tempted to go with them again...give them another chance...

I'm glad they came out after you went through all that. I agree they should give you a discount if you decide to give them a second chance.
