diannecp  just made applesauce in my crockpot today. skins on. used my immersion blender. piece of cake. now to make another batch!

no recipe really. just filled the crock with apples, cored and chunked. sprinkled with cinnamon & a bit of sugar (1-2 T) and cooked on high for 3-4 hrs. (less for chunky, more for smooth). then blended it!
