Kate Davis  okay time to turn off the electrical items. I'm working on turning them all off at least an hour before I go to bed. I am having serious withdrawal systems

I read an article where you should turn them off at least a half hour before going to bed in able to sleep better. I never do though!! They go off minutes before I crawl in bed or I actually fall asleep on the kindle!
