Antler Lodge 2-20-20 Journaling: Every winter, usually in late January or February, several girlfriends get together for a long weekend for what now has been named “The Craft Retreat”. As our group has changed and grown, we have stayed at Potato Creek, Esther’s lake cottage, and now at Antler Lodge in Middlebury. Antler Lodge is the perfect location for us as there is a lot of space for crafting in the large common area that includes the kitchen and a cozy fireplace. There are also plenty of beds and bathrooms. This photo is from an album given to my great great grandmother after a visit with her in 1898. The book has witty subtitles but not a single name and is signed Mrs. C.W.B. Day out to Llantwit Beach in Wales, UK. Jurassic Fossil Treasure Trove and guess what - we find one. Isn't that amazing :D -
Cute boys in matching shirts - it's enough to make a mama's heart melt! This LO features my son (the big boy) and his one-year-old cousin. I started with Jan Ransley's SG Club from August 2012 - Home Sweet Home - and used LO2 from the JIFFY Album as a starting point. I recolored a few things to echo the blue in the boys' shirts, and I used lots of bright, happy embs from Home Sweet Home to finish it off. Her snail and doghouse embs were perfect enhancements for the "snips and snails and puppy dog tails" quote at the top. Thanks, Jan, for a GREAT club kit!
