Uploading Layouts

Anyone know why i haven't been able to upload my layouts in the last 48 hours? everytime i go to post image after taking loads of time, it goes to an error page or can't find host page?
i uploaded a layout just the day before yesterday, no problem...and i've tried different times of day as well.?
any suggestions?

its 82.2mb and i have broadband....
i haven't flattened it yet as to make sure there aren't any mistakes...
should i flatten it?

it needs to be a 72 dpi jpeg, which is flat by its very nature. make a copy of your LO, make that copy into a jpeg and see if that works.

The file size is too large. MB is huge. It should be KB. Whever you see those messages, you will know that you are trying to upload a picture with a file size that is too big.

Change the file to be 72 dpi. You can go as wide as 600 pixels and be fine.

Do you need help understanding how to change the file size? What software are you using? We can help.

okay! finally got the layout posted. i changed the image size to a 6X6.
ro, i couldn't find where the 'dpi' was to change it...i am using photoshop 7. i use to know this stuff from my college days, but haven't used it in ages! so i guess i do need help =)
