If you want it in both, you'd have to upload it again. Pictures uploaded to a personal album can not be moved to a category in the gallery and vice versa. (If you want to move, you have to re-upload to the new area and remove from the old, usually losing all comments posted.) However, what you upload to your personal album can be viewed by all in the "Members Gallery - (Viewing only gallery)" section of the gallery. I hope that's not too confusing. HTH!
