You are all doing so well. I love hearing your success stories! Keep them going!
I went to Super Target yesterday and found this "skinny Water". It is an appetite suppressant in a bottle of water. Of course, I am a new product weenie and had to buy it. I'll let you know tomorrow what it did for me!
Fill me in ladies! Fill me in!

Well...I did great yesterday with eating better. 1319 cals and 31 grams of fat. I only got in 4 glasses of water, but had no soda. Wahoo! I got in 6 servings of fruits and veggies too. Much improved! So far today I am on track for another good day.
I did not get in my exercise this morning. Madison was up several timed during the night and I was too tired and unmotivated to get on the bike this morning. She has “daycareitis”. She started day care/pre school a few months ago so she is catching every little thing. She has a runny nose and kept waking herself up coughing. I feel so bad for her…and for me, LOL…I appear to be catching all her little day care germs too. Yuck!
Hopefully tonight will be better. I know that just by eating better I will start feeling better and have more energy, so I am not going to torture myself over not riding the bike this morning.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Did 30 min strength training before work today. Need to work on drinking more water - and not eating so much junk food.

How do you get one of those tickers?

After a rough night, I did my aerobics video this morning. I need to get myself to bed before midnight! I'm staying up way too late. Dh comes home Friday, so hopefully I'll get back on track. He won't be home for long, but maybe I can get myself straightened out before he leaves again. I should do more exercise, but I'm just so tired. Maybe I'll mow this afternoon.
Theresa, I can't wait to hear how the skinny water works! I love the name!

1st Paige...I'm so with you on the Melting Pot!! lol! (its a weight loss thread & I get excited for the food talk! Ha! Go figure...) But I think I'm around your age Paige & we're the exact same. 25-26 hit & there went my carefree eating days!
Anyways WTG REBECCA!!! It SOOO motivating to see that scale move!! And Pat don't worry that yours isn't moving as quickly as you'd like yet. It took a while for you to gain the weight...its gonna take a little bit to see it start coming off. And it probably is exactly what you say...you've been building muscle doing all that riding! That's a GREAT thing...muscle helps your metabolism burn faster!!
Anyways so I did so-so over the weekend. Nothing too bad until Sunday I had a cheeseburger. Oops. Oh well...forgave myself & moved on into the week & so far I'm doing pretty well. This morning I was down another pound making for a grand total of 10 since the beginning of the summer. 3 more pounds to go until I can take out my bag of "140 lb. clothes" I've had in storage for about a year now. Did my TurboJam just now & I feel pretty good! (Hot, but good...!!)

Amy---thanks for the compliment, girl, but it was my mid-40's that did it to me! I only wish that I were still in my late 20's! However, lest anyone think that I was in better shape in my late 20's, that would be a fallacy. Unfortunately, I've yo-yoed most of my life from near anorexia (92 pounds) to bloated (132 pounds). Also unfortunately, the times I've dropped weight quickly, I've done so during extremely stressful periods of my life. Then, for the next 5 to 6 years, I gradually gain the weight back before the next stressor appears. I'd like to break that cycle and lose weight healthily--not because I'm going through a divorce or get extremely ill. With my DH's help and y'all's encouragement, I hope to do that.

Elizabeth, one good thing about daycareitis is that it's better she's catching all that stuff now and not when she starts Kindergarten. I know it's bad right now, but it would be worse if she had to miss regular school.
Thanks to everyone for the congrats about meeting my first goal to see under 200 pounds. I swear it's this thread that keeps me moving every morning.
I haven't tried or found any "skinny" water, but I'd probably try it if I could. I'd like to know what you think of it, too, Theresa.

I got brave and got on the scale...bloat and all. And I didn't gain any weight! I didn't lose anymore either, but HEY! Still an accomplishment!
I working off some frustration on the treadmill today. Men! They can't really be hard to live with! UGH! Mine is tempermental and can be so hard to deal with some days! I'm so grateful I have my workout.
The skinny water was interesting. You are supposed to have one before every meal, but I just had one in the morning. It kind of gives you a satisfied feeling without feeling "full". I can easily see how it works. But at $6 a 6 pack, unless it goes on sale or I have a coupon, I won't be buying alot of it. Maybe Sam's will start carrying it!
I'll look for that Fuze water, babybaymom, thanks for that tip!

Anyways today was sorta bad. The boss asked me to go to lunch with him, then took me to my favorite Italian restaurant. Ugh... I'm so bad at restaurants!!! I only ordered plain pasta (no cheeses or creams) but I did eat the whole thing. Oops. But to try to make up for it, I ate only my cereal for dinner. Hope that counts... And I skipped my workout this evening in favor of a nap (darn wine at lunch) so I'll have to do extra tomorrow. (sigh...) I gotta get better at this will power stuff (& get my lazy butt up outta bed!)...
Hope ya all had a better day than me!

Getting on here was no easy feat...but I know it has to be done. It is funny what you will do when you know the odds are against you. So here I am...lets all have a good workout day. And if you can't? Don't sweat it. There is always tomorrow.

Anyways WTG carla! I couldn't run that much if my life depended on it! Ugh the second you said "high school track" I had horrible flashbacks to the mandatory running of the mile back in gym class! (shudder!) Good for you though! Keep up the great work girls!!

We had a great night with all the kids. They are growing up so fast. It makes me dread when my little two are bringing boyfriends over! OY VEY! Will I be old then or WHAT?!?
I need to finish this walk although my body is denying me right now. I may skip the weights. It might be too much.
The weekend is here though. How great is that? Looking foward to trying some fishing this weekend. How about you?

I think I'm going to have to tackle my flower gardens which have been neglected since I was on vacation. So much dead-heading to do. And weeding too. Hope it isn't too hot, or I might just have to hang out in the pool instead.

I also wanted to mention a great food find. Our local Costco carries a chicken sausage with basil and provalone cheese that is so yummy! If I remember right, they are about 140 Cal, 3-4 fat, and 3 dietary fiber so that are good for you too. Anyway, something good for the grill without killing the diet.
I am off to get some work done, I'll walk at lunch.
