munn.monica
Hello- I am pretty new to digital scrapbooking and I recently purchased the instant photo templates- I have PSE 5.0- can anyone tell me what is the easiest way to use these templates on my pictures? Thank you so much!!!
Rose Ann
Hey Monica!! Welcome to Scrap Girls!! What do you mean by instant photo templates? Are you talking about an easy page, where you just add your own picture and the Layout is complete? Or do you mean the templates that are all shades of gray and white and you have to do everything? Thanks.
munn.monica
Hey Rose- thanks for the clarifying question- I have the templates to make your pictures look like Polaroid pictures- and so the templates are grey, white, and cream and you have to do everything! PBarnes
First off, hi and welcome to Scrap Girls Monica. When you downloaded the templates, there should have been an instruction file also. Check your folder to see if it is there or check your account in the boutique and see if you missed downloading it. I don't have these particular templates but it often is a matter of using the gray part, if that is the inner part of the frame as a clipping mask. Place your photo on a layer above the gray part, size it to cover the gray part, make sure that the photo is the active layer and then hit Cntrl + G. You will have to merge those two layers before you move it. So that you don't accidentally save over your original template, you might want to build it in a new file. Hope this helps some.
