scrapgail
So I've been getting the newsletter for about 2 weeks now.... i'm a newbie so most of the technics are way above the level i can handle. do i need to print out all these newsletter to save for another time. or is there a newletter and technic archive somewhere? Also i've missed the newbie chat the last two weeks (schedule conflict) is there a listing somewhere of the chats that can be accessed?
lgsouthfla
If you go to the home page some of the newsletters are there, at the bottom on the left. I cut and paste tutorials I like and save them in Word. I did notice that sometimes a tutorial will come around again in the newsletters, either written by a different person or in a slightly different way so don't worry topics get revisited often, plus everyone asks questions on the message boards. April Showers
I still have ALL the newsletters in my "Scrapgirls" folder. I have copied the tutorials and pasted them into Word documents. I save them in a "tutorial" folder. It is pretty hard to find a technique in the newsletter, but really easy to find in a folder. Lots of them end up in the Scrapgirls University. HeidiD
Hi girls! I'm actually working (slowly, but surely!) on getting ALL of the past newsletter tutorials into the University. I've uploaded more than 10 in the past few weeks. I'm trying to squeeze them in whenever I have a free hour or two, so keep a weather-eye on the University.... I keep my newsletters sitting in my e-mail so that I can go back to them when I need something. It sure would be great if I could just mosey over to the SG site to find what I need! scrapgail
thanks so much everyone for the leads/tips......and i'm REALLY glad that the tutorials are going into the university. There is such a wealth of knowledge and talent in thos newsletter articles..it would be a shame to: 1) not have them available to newbies who weren't getting the newsletter previously 2) not be able to easily search for the technics in the university. This will certainly make this site all the more valuable and useful for all!!!! thnx so much for the transfer of info!!!!
