What is the best way to give them that old yellowed look...

Thanks for the advice!

I'm not touching that one. I'll get banned from the message board.

Hey Kelly,
Have you tried to do a Hue/Saturation layer and then click the colorize button. From there you can move the sliders to get the color that you want. I think there might be another way but I can't remember. I think there was a thread about this yesterday. If I find it I'll post a link. HTH

Yep, Hue and Saturation works well with the colorize button. Another way I do it is to go to color balance, not sure what that is in PSE 4 if it is called the same thing, but it has sliders for each color. I like to add in some yellow and a little bit of red until I like the color.

Hope that helps! :)
Happy Scrapping,
Melissa Renfro

I've also used clipping masks and blending modes with a paper to get just the look I wanted. It takes more time and it's sometimes frustrating, but it gets me closer to the look I'm going for.

My favorite way to recolor them is to adjust the Hue and Saturation (Ctrl+U) and then click the colorize button. Then I play with the hue, saturation and brightness until I get just the color I'm looking for. HTH!

I used the color variations tool... I should have checked back sooner for advice, but it's so slow to switch from PSE to another without PSE using the duo core processor...

After I figured this one out I used it on like 4 other things in my LO... it's been one of those days...

Thanks for all the help!!
