I have to bring an egg dish for our brunch this Thursday! I have no clue what to bring. I have tons of eggs, tons of sausage, tons of bread, tons of hashbrowns...
now all i need is a recipe that actually tastes good.
I have to stear clear of peppers as im allergic, it seems like most of them have that. I do have a strata recipe, but i want to try something new.
can you help me?

Why not make deviled eggs? Everyone loves deviled eggs. If it is for a church event, call them hevenly eggs. You can never go wrong with that dish. If you need a recipe I can put a recipe on here if you are interested.

Ang...you looking for recipes again? First thing I thought of was a strata--you have all the ingredients and you put it together the night before, leave in the fridge, and bake in the am. Let me see if I can find you a recipe real quick.

OK, back again. Try this link. Strata recipes are pretty much the same--you can't really go wrong. I use them alot for Christmas morning or when out of town guests are here. HTH

Never read your post thoroughly...didn't see that you mentioned a strata and you didn't want to make one!

Great idea Tracy! That's exactly what I was thinking of! Deviled Eggs are wonderful, they always get eatin up and they're easy to make.
Boil your eggs for 10 minutes. Cool peel and slice in half lengthwise.
Pop out the yokes and put them in a bowl.
Mix desired amount of Miricle Whip Salad Dressing into mashed yokes. I usually do it according to taste.
Plop a tsp. of yoke mix into each egg half.
Sprinkle with Paparika. That's it!!

Try my Crock Pot Breakfast recipe in the thread about just that. Dont use the sausage tho, it makes the breakfast too greasy. Ham works better.

I tried Sue's (partidogs) egg/hashbrown slow cooker recipe and it was delicious! I can certainly vouch for that one. Easy to make too!
