Ro, I would love to add the Scrap Girls blinkie, but I have no idea how. Could you step me through that? I have several sites where I've run out of room in my sig file. How frustrating!

I thought I would BTT this, in the hopes of getting help. I see others have figured out how to do it.

Thanks!
Jan

No problem.

But the answer depends upon the site...

On this site, when you are setting up your signature, you can insert an image by clicking on the IMG button. Immediately, a popup will appear and will ask you to enter the URL of the image. Enter the locate of the blinkie in this spot, making sure that you accidentally end up with two http:// indicators.

Some sites make you enter the actual HTML code in your signature to get it. (The site with the vegetables in the large metal container LOL is like that). Here's the code for you to cut and paste (get the whole thing for it to work):

Hope that helps!

I can't get my blinkie to work! What am I doing wrong? I get a message that I cannot insert a dynamic image in the IMG field. Ugh, frustrating!

Hi Melani,

I've just changed this on the boards. But the blinkies you have been seeing have all been placed by us in our signatures (which has allowed them all along). To edit your signature, click your name up on the top left-hand on the board (right by "logged in as"). You will then be able to go into the area where you can change all of your information, including your signature.

Take a moment and click around in there. There's a lot to see!

I still can't get it to work! I am computer illiterate, I guess! Do I need the http:// or not? I still get the same message that I can't use dynamic files ina IMG tag. Oh, well!
