Anyone On Low Carb? Found a web site, and it looks strangely familiar.....

Hey, I've been low carbing on and off for what seems like my whole life! LOL!! It really works for me, I have issues with sugar! Anyway I am always looking for recipes that work, and aren't weird, KWIM?? I found this website while googling this morning and thought I would share...I had some flax meal pancakes this morning, and OMG! They were so good, I got full so fast and my 9 year old (SOOOO Picky) DD finished them off! And I just found a recipe for CHOCOLATE Cake!!! YUMMMY!! Anyway if there is anyone out there.....here ya go! Livin' La Vida Low Carb

Oh and their message board is powered by IPB just like ours! I was looking through the recipe forum and thought this looks really familiar! LOL!! Made me kinda feel at home! LOL!! :dancingelephant:

Oh hey, yes it is. They use the same software. They just haven't created their own unique template and are using the standard colors. Aren't you glad I fixed that up? I like our purple. Purple = Scrap Girls

How could you not be happy on a purple web site? LOL

Thanks for that, we don't follow a stric low carb diet but I try to use low carb meals so I am also always looking for new ones.

I love South Beach... mostly. Isn't it amazing how when you go off of carbs, you pretty much stop craving them? I'm a total carb addict, and it takes a LOT of will power for me to take the plunge each time I have to go back onto south beach.

thanks for the website - I'm checking it out as I a type (well... okay, before I started typing...) Looks helpful and promising. I'm getting B-O-R-E-D of salads.
