Well folks thats the first year done and dusted. :dancingelephant:

I have to be honest and say im shocked by the results :disappearing-smilie:

but obviously over the moon, :bouncing-frog:

lets face it i havent been this weight for over 20 yrs :disappearing-smilie:

so heres my update for the year end and hoping to lose that last 28-30 pounds but it now official, i am no longer morbidly obese, nor am i obese, i am simply just overweight lol ohhhhhhhhhhh how good that feels lol sad isnt it and finally my bmi has gone from 57.2 to 29.8

This is just wonderful!!! I am happy for you. One of my friends had the same thing done and she is so happy she did. You must feel so great right now. Only 30 to go thats not bad at all. You can do it.

WTG that is awesome. I am sure the rest will come off. You ought to scrap a before and after layout for memory.
