Moara
So I just read a newsletter from two weeks ago, where a designer mentioned that she laid shadows on a seperate layer and then warped them out a bit to make them look like the elements were lifted. It inspired me to try similar things with the warp brush and warp mesh with my PSP, and this is what I've discovered. If you warp the shadow it looks like what's underneath is pulling away from the element. If you warp the element, it looks like the element is pulling away from the background. Warping works much better than smearing or pulling. A little warp goes a long way. The warp brush is a lot of fun! I've used it to play around with a french board I made http://scrapgirls.com.ipbhost.com/index.ph...i&img=38285 The straight ribbons made it really easy to get the feel of the effect I was creating. So, that's my little reveletion. Does anyone else use the warping in a way they'd like to share?
Leigh Ann
This sounds interesting, do you know what tool to use in Photoshop or PSE? Leigh Ann
