Oh Karen... I just saw this and you are probably on your way home already. I have already prayed for you safe travels and for God to wrap His mighty arms around your family and give you all comfort and understanding. I lost my cousin at a young age too (he was 39) but he didn't have a wife or children. Your loss is so tragic and I will continue to pray.

Well girls Im home. I actually got home late yesterday (Aussie time) but couldn't get on to scrap girls last night (some sort of problem). It was a very long day (7 hours in the car). The memorial service was as good as it could be. 95% of my extended family were able to come which was great as I was able to catch up with people I hadn't seen in years. I know my Aunt, Uncle and Cousin appreciated us being there. You see my brother took his own life three years ago and my Uncle said to me that he thought he new what we went through but only now realises that you don't know what people go through until you have to go through it yourself. I was able to spend a little time with my cousin and just chat with her and reasurre her that if she takes it day by day she will get through this. Thank you to everyone who prayed for us yesterday. Our travel was very safe and uneventful and for that I am truely thankful. You girls are the best sisters and I love you all dearly. Bless you all and may your christmas be filled with the love of God.

Karen

oh my lord karen, I have just come on board now and seen this for the first time, oh honey I am so sorry for your loss, seems the aussies are having a real bad time at the moment, Melbourne has suffered some huge losses in road accidents over the last week or so.
I am so glad you went and got back safetly, I am so sorry for your loss, both of your cousin and of your brother, I know how that feels altho' it was in different circumstances.

In the Jewish religion we wish family of those who have passed a 'long life' so they may live a long and happy life keeping the memory of the dead alive, so I will wish you and your family a very long life with many wonderful memories of your cousin.
so sorry for you honey, sending you huge hugs and lotsa choccie

I am so sorry, and the weather I hear up there is terrible. I wish you well and lots of kind heart felt words for all of you suffering.

Loss is so hard but especially in the face of the holidays.

Many blessings to you and your family, and travel mercies.
