Ok, I've been pretty much absent since Thanksgiving. Haven't had any time to look at the boards, do any digi scrapping or anything else for that matter. It's been crazy. I've also been taking some online classes which are keeping me very busy studying and writing.
So, my questions are:
When do you find/make the time to do any exercising?
What do you do? Is there any one type or video that you find works for you?
I'm a very low energy person, suffer from severe fatigue and find it very hard to move at all. What works for you all?

I started walking during my breaks at work, then got sidetracked by SG chats at the same time! I'm trying to fit a workout into my daily routine too. I think I'm going to find a video, I used to like the Richard Simmons ones!

I make sure I workout OUT of my house. I have all the exquipment and videos you can think of but NEVER use it. I tend to not exercise and not dedicate that time to myself if I do it at home. Another thing I do is when I go to the gym, I have a personal trainer that I am obligated to meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Yes they are expensive, but since I pay to have someone be with me, I MAKE sure that I go even when I dont want to or else I just paid someone for a free day. I HAVE to keep myself dedicated and I know what type of person I am (a slacker with excersize), so the only thing that works for me is to stay dedicated and obligated to someone to help keep me on track.

I go to a 5:30 am class so it doesn't take such a big bite out of my day.

I schedule workout time in. I either walk to do videos. I have the Windsor pilates that I love. Plus, I have some dance videos. My girlfriend has a dance video that is done from a chair. That might be perfect...you still work out, but aren't exhausted doing so. Good luck!

Wish I could say I exercised. I always start with such resolve and then it peters out. Maybe in the New Year. I have a tread mill in the basement - a beautiful lot to walk - free access to an array of equipment at work. People take to mall walking around here when the ice and cold gets too much. Hmmmm no good excuses. Maybe we should encourage each other in the New Year....
