In order to help me reach my weight loss goal, I've been considering trying Alli. Has anyone here tried it? If so, does it work, is it bogus? Would love to know the results of anyone who's tried it.

Thanks!

PM sfcgijill. She had a few threads about it last year and has had great success with it.

Alli is a weight loss product that is over the counter and FDA approved. you can google it to get to their website (not sure if putting a link here is acceptable).

I have used it, but I didn't stick with it long enough to see results. Only reason I stopped was I just didn't want to be on a diet. I'm going to start it again soon. but I will say, I had none of the issues some have with it (the unmentionable ones, LOL) and neither did my mother-in-law, and she stayed with it long enough to see results. So I say, go for it!
