OK, you guys- for those of you who do cardio stuff- Podrunner podcasts by Steve Boyette are AWESOME!!! Select your podcast by bpm, each one is an hour long, and no intermissions for you to lag in between songs! So easy, I just turn the iPod on, turn the noise in my brain off, and just let my legs GO...
there are lots of different podcasts, from 120 bpm (easy peasy) on up to 180 (for you real cardio monsters!) and they are all upbeat and enjoyable; great for treadmills, road running, cycling, ellipticals, etc
and, oh, did I mention, they are free?
You can download them at iTunes or the Podrunner website

My DH is so into podcasts. I wonder if he knows about this one... thanks for the great suggestion. I need to get on that treadmill, and it is soooo boring without music, or something to listen to. I'm going to go and try it.
