Since it is now the 6th I was wondering if we have any news on when you can pick up that darling little angel of yours.

We are waiting on an email from the Consulate tomorrow. It will say one of two things, most likely: 1. Your visa appointment is such and such a date (meaning "come and get her" or 2. We need another document or two. Obviously, you know which email we are hoping for. But even if they request another document, she really should be home this month. It really hasn't sunk in yet. I imagine when I'm making official plane reservations that it might start to hit home. If not, possibly in the plane itself. Or maybe not until we are on our way back. Should be interesting anyway. So check back tomorrow evening!

She'll be home for her birthday ... for certain!!! We should have a great big SG birthday party for her! (Speaking of birthday's ... you either need to wish Isaiah a Happy Birthday for me ... or wish him a Belated Happy Birthday and fix your ticker.

Praying for the correct email tomorrow! I can't imagine how excited you are! Have you thought about scrapping this whole process for Janae to see when she is older? I'm sure she will really appreciate knowing your feelings, frustrations, etc, and how hard you fought to get her here!

I'm really hoping it will be option #1. and I think we should have a welcome home party for her. My fingers will be crossed all day tomorrow, although it might be hard to work with them like that, but I will try to.

Thanks, Chelsea! In a nutshell, we've been waiting over 2 years to bring our adopted daughter home from Haiti and we are hoping to hear that it's time tomorrow. The SGAs (Scrap Girls Aunts) have been VERY supportive during our wait!
