Daisies Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 I just bought some templates and embellishments, but when I try to open them in my PSE I get a blank page. I'm fairly certain that it is because I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure what that can be. Has it got something to do with the little zipper on the file icon? April Showers Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 Yep, you need to unzip them first. If you're using a pc, you should be able to right click on the file and choose "extract." When I'm doing a lot of files, I like to use Extract Now because it makes unzipping files to fast and easy. It is free and you can find it easily with a search.
