Prayers Needed For A Good Friend - Updated She'll be home soon

Update - Looks like my friend & her baby may be home by the end of this week (feb 8th) Yippee :dancingelephant:

Thankyou all so much again for all your prayers.

A good friend of mine was rushed into hospital on Friday and they have had to deliver her baby early, he is doing fine at 3lb 12oz and breathing well, but Mum is seriously ill and the doctors cannot figure out what the problem is.

Thanks to the quick thinking of her neighbour - another good friend - she is still alive.

She is a fighter, but I'm sure a few extra prayers would be greatly appreciated, both for her and her family & the doctors so they can figure out the problem and get her back to health again.

Sending up lots of prayers for your friend and her baby and family, how scary this is will also be praying for the doctors to be able to make a diagnosis and get her on the road to recovery very very soon.

How sad for the new mom! I'm glad the new baby seems to be doing well and I'll say a prayer that your friend pulls through ok!

UPDATE
Thankyou so much for all your prayers.
My friend seems to be on the road to recovery, they are still not quite sure what the problem is. She is off the drips and everything & for now things seem to be going well.
Baby is still being tube fed, but that is normal for his size - I remember them doing that with Phillip for a few days.
Fingers crossed that they will be home with the rest of the family soon.
Poor Dad looks shattered as for the first time he is having to take care of the other 3 kids on his own! He is coping though.
I will let you know what happens
