kimmybutton
Just had to share this because I am so excited! My oldest dd's birthday is this month and I just completed making all of her bday presents. I wanted to give her a gift certificate to a local bead shop to cover the costs of one jewelery lesson of her choice including the costs of the jewelry piece. Rather than buy the GC, I decided to have some fun by using Erica Hite's fabulous Fortune Cookie Template. I also used Erica's Cherish Collection Biggie for all the papers. My fortune cookie fortune slips included the phrases: "Happy Birthday, Beth!", "Your Choice of Jewelry", "One Class Together", and "website of store" so she could register us for the class. Thank you, Erica! The template is awesome. I've never done paper crafts and found this to be easy and quick!!! Her second gift was stamps that were made from LOs of her and my sil and another of my gs. Although I have had stamps made before, I always used a photo. This is the first time I used some of my digital LO designs. They turned out great. Here's some photos...

ginaMO
The gifts are beautiful, and what a creative way to give them. She is going to love them all. I bought the fortune cookies too, and have made sets for my kids for Valentines day gifts. The fortunes in mine are for time alone together, going out for a special treat together, etc. They were so easy to make and came out looking great. Thanks Erica, for a great product. Congrats Kimmy, on a beautiful project.
