O.k., over this past year I have gained 10 lbs. Now I know that in the overall picture that is not a lot. BUT after my 2nd child I lost 40 lbs only to gain 30 back to loose 25 lbs again. I promised myself that I would not go back there again, and over this last year the pounds have slowly gained on me. So here is my thought ... everyday I am going to check in with you all on how I am doing. That way I am being accountable and can't give myself an excuse to not do it. I would love for anyone to join me at any time. Just state what your goal is and what you want to be held accountable for an we can all help each other. I would really like us to take this seriously since it is easier to give ourself an excuse if someone else is failing. Does that make sense? I know that there have been threads out there, but I thought I would start a new one since I am new to the "get healthy with Theresa" thread.
So, if you want to join, state your goal: ie, workout every day, eat healthy, cut out chocolate ... whatever!
Here is what I want to be held accountable for:
I am doing Weight Watchers unofficially (meaning I don't pay to do it). So, I have to eat around 22 points. I don't want to go above 25 points in one day. Every day I will check in to give my point for the day before.
