Help
Actually it's for my mother who is having knee replacement surgery. She has been needing it for YEARS. Long story as to why she hasn't had it yet. But she is not really healthy. She had a stroke when I was 4. I know that she needs this surgery, she is in so much pain.
So if you could all pray for a speedy recovery. I am really kinda freaked out.

Prayers for your mom! Is she getting some pre-operative PT? Sometimes it can help to build some muscle before surgery to help with strenth and movement afterwards... just a thought

Michelle, I know what you mean. My mom had a total knee replacement on her left knee in July and I was scared also. We dont want to see our moms in pain, but you know what you have to see it this way, your mom will feel better in the long run once it is all done. Knee surgeries are so common now a days in women that they have it down like a science. I'm sure your mom will be in a lot of pain for a couple of months, but she will feel so much better once that pain is gone. You will be in my thoughts. When does she go in for the surgery?

I am and will be praying for her quick recovery and strength. I know it can be hard when those you love are hurting or go through something like this. It seems like we could handle it better if it were us.

Praying for your here! My FIL had kneww replacement and he was up and walking the next day! I know it's scary, but she'll be so much better!

You'll have my prayers for your Mom's knee replacement surgery. My mother had both knees done many years ago and it gave her a much better quality of life for many, many years. I'm sure the procedure and recovery are so much better now. Your mother will be up and around before you know it. And yes, please remind us the closer we get to the 25th!

Several of my friends have had knee replacements recently and they all agree that they wish they had done it sooner. Still, we always worry about our loved ones, don't we? I'll keep you and your mom right on top of my list!
