3-hour Diet Anyone try this?

Just wondering if anyone is following it or would like to do it together. I got the book on www.half.com for about $6 (with shipping). I also purchased the cookbook (for about $12 with shipping - a $24 book new) and the "on the go" book (again, about $6).
If you are following this, would love to hear your thoughts and if you'd like to "buddy" up or start a group, let me know.

A lady I know at the post office did this diet. It worked great for her. She lost over 50 pounds! Problem is you HAVE to keep it up. When she stopped doing it, she gained most of it back:-(
I can barely remember to eat 3 meals, let alone every 3 hours. I just don't have time to get meals together that much.
I have heard it really does work though.

I know what you mean. It seems like it takes a lot of preparation and planning. I think I just need to eat better and less and become more active.
Thanks for the input.

That's what I was hoping for, too!
Seriously, though, I just changed one thing in my diet this past year and lost 18 lbs. Now I need to change my exercise habit a bit and I'm hoping to lose another 18 this coming year. I would be THRILLED with that kind of results. I just don't ever want to be as heavy as I was last June again. And I really don't want to lose weight too quickly. I didn't put it all on in a month so I have no desire to take it off that fast either. I don't think it's really good for your heart. Slow and steady wins the race. That's my motto now.
So, while I'd love to be your buddy and help out, I could never commit to something that actually makes me do serious prep work. I'm kind of a fly by the seat of your pants girl.
I hope you find someone to work with you, though! Good luck!

Glorie:
In a nutshell, he's how the diet is set up:
Within an hour of waking you have a 400 calorie breakfast.
Three hours later a 100 calorie snack.
Three hours later a 400 calorie lunch.
Three hours later a 100 calorie snack.
Three hours later a 400 calorie dinner.
Three hours later a 50 calorie treat anything you want but not more than 50 calories worth.
Basically, you are eating 1450 calories a day. By eating every three hours, you are keeping your metabolism up and your blood sugar stable, and apparently don't get hungry or have cravings.
Just wish I had the discipline to do it.
