I did find that scrapping his album did me a world of good. But not until I was ready. I hope your other furbabies can help you with your loss. I always considered our dog our first born child, and it tore me up when he left us.
Your layouts are adorable!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know just how you feel, we had a cat named Pussywillow who we had to put to sleep because his kidneys failed. It was so hard, but I know it was the right thing to do. My husband and I loved him so much, I couldn't go back to work for days after. Later, I did a scrapbook about him for my husband for a Christmas present - it still gives us a lot of comfort. I pray that God will give you the strength you need to get through this initial pain and replace it with warm and happy memories of Devo. You gave him a good life and now is he is in a glorious place where he can run with the wind and feel no more pain.

I am so sorry for your loss. My sister just lost two dogs - one was old and suffering and was compassionately guided over the Rainbow Bridge - two weeks later the other had a fatal accident. Hannah and Roo have been part of our extended family for years and we are all feeling the loss. Your news brought tears to my eyes because we are sharing in the same pain. Please now that we are keeping you and your wonderful forever friend in our thoughts.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am a big dog lover and I know the pain of having to let go. It sounds like you gave a wonderful life, and peaceful transition to his eternal life. I know how much it hurts, but I really believe you will see him again one day. In the meantime, let his memory comfort you.
I'll say a prayer for you and your family.
