DH got me a Canon iP400R photo printer for our anniversary. It took FOREVER to set up yesterday, and I didn't even get a chance to try it out.

Just tried it out now.

Holy CROW! The prints are GORGEOUS! I had an awesome shot of my niece from the wedding last weekend. I scrapped it. I knew I had caught catchlights in her eyes. Only in print did I realize you can see ME in her eyes!

Borderless, photo lab quality print. Gorgeous! I'm THRILLED! :D

I'm really glad you like your new printer, :). I got a new one a couple of weeks ago and to be honest, I still haven't hooked it up yet. Not sure what I'm actually waiting on though, lol. Mine has multiple photo card readers so it doesn't have to be hooked up to the computer, but it just HAS to be hooked up to the computer for all the scrapgirls things I've come to love printing, lol. Mine does the borderless print to the edge as well, but I'm already so lost within the new computer and the pen that I haven't thought enough to try the printer, lololol. With the pen I've been going crazy making fonts and drawing, so I guess I should put the pen down, feed the kids some lunch, then go tackle the new printer. :) See there, you loving your new printer has inspired me enough to put my pen down and give mine a try. ;)

To have a friend is to have a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold and an extra pair of legs when yours are too weak to stand alone...

I have been living buried in books and writing classes... as an added note I must say that it is rather scary when you start dreaming and all you can see within your dreams is words floating everywhere!
