An Aussie In Saudi

Recommended Posts

Hi there, you're all making me homesick :monstercry:

Am working in Saudi, been here for lots of years, on and off, new to the scrapbooking thing too. Making my exit plans, soo looking forward to coming back to the 'real world' and being able to get my hands on lots of craft stuff, and even better, be able to go to workshops, (and not having to wear the big black abbayah)

Will be returning to Melbourne, but hail from the hill of South Gippsland, Korumburra (Land of the giant earthworm) need to spend time going through this site, and seeing how it all works, just couldnt resist, when I saw all the aussies on the message board. :yippee:

Welcome to Scrap Girls, Jenny. You have found the friendliest, most fun place on the web to learn Digi scrapping. Check out the university, there are some great tutorials there. Looking forward to seeing your layouts in the gallery.

Hey, welcome...just what we need...more Aussies no matter how remote. The weather down south here is very mild for this time of year and rain is even forcast (whether it comes is a different matter). This site is a wonderful place to meet people from all over the world so you can sure someone is online at any time of the day.

Best wishes :welcome2:

Hi and welcome Jenny, from another non-Aussie. We are truly a global community and it is so wonderful to have friends from different places. Digi-scrapping is awesome, fun, addicting... I pray for safe travel when it is time for you to head back to Australia.
