ocinan
I am an American living near Munich. I just got started with Digital Scraping. My husband is German, I have lived here 10 years and have 2 kids. Let me know if you also live and scrap in Germany. Kelly
Canyon Momma
My daughter lives near the Spangdahlm Air Force Base and I am coming to visit her for Christmas. You live anywhere there? I think my daughter gets pretty lonesome (her husband is in Iraq) so I wish she had a scrapping buddy!

Sarah in VA
Hi Kelly and Welcome to Scrap Girls! I know we have several Scrap Girls in Germany and one who is very active right now, bthornton. I think I remember her saying they were going away this weekend, but I'm sure you'll hear from her here on the board when they return.

I think my daughter gets pretty lonesome (her husband is in Iraq) so I wish she had a scrapping buddy! Wow, what a welcoming response I got from so many. Actually Spangdahlm Air Force Base would be about a 5 hour drive. That is a shame we are not closer, I know what it must be like for her--- my husband is in the German Air Force and until recently was also gone a lot. Germany can be nice at Christmas. Your daughter will have to take you to one of the local town's Christkindel Markets. Everyone hears about the biggest in Nurnburg... it is nice but almost too big for my taste. I prefer the character you get in the smaller towns.---

It is too bad that you don't live a little closer but as someone said time and space can't separate ScrapGirls! Hope you enjoy being part of this wonderful group.
