well, I revealed that there was a major decision day in court in my last post. Because of confidentiality I can't reveal all the details, but the court result essentially leaves the door open for our little one's bio parents to try to seek reunification. We were hoping for an outcome that clears the way for our next adoption, but didn't get it. time will tell what happens, but we are on the roller coaster again! I'll reveal more details as I can.

Leisa,
I work for an attorney who does juvenile dependency and I know what you've gone through. It is a very long process for the parental rights to be terminated as they do give parents the required time to attempt for reunification. I hope that things work out for the best.

Hang in there Leisa, we know where you are and how you are feeling. It can be so heartrending when you hear these decisions, because you know what the child has been through and what lies ahead. All you can do is love them and keep waiting for the courts to make the right decision.
