Hi! I am hoping one of you would have the know how to get rid of that awful glare on eye glasses. I have some cute shots of the kids ... but with ugly glares!

Any help would be so so so appreciated!!

Thank you!
Shai

PS: I'll be playing with my PSE2 to see if I can figure it out, too. Or do some sort of cheat ... lol

Okay, I have done this, but I can't remember exactly how...Do you have that magic wand/selection tool in PSE? Use it to select the glare then try adjusting the brightness/contrast a bit. You might want to feather your selection first. OR...You can send me a photo and I will be glad to fix it for you...taking notes on HOW I did it...so you can do it next time. BUT I use PS CS...Hmmmm. Good luck!

I've had that same problem as far as fixing the gosh awful glasses glare. Still unsure how to fix it. :(

To have a friend is to have a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold and an extra pair of legs when yours are too weak to stand alone...

I have been living buried in books and writing classes... as an added note I must say that it is rather scary when you start dreaming and all you can see within your dreams is words floating everywhere!

My 12 year old daughter wears glasses and I find that it is always the cutest pictures where the glasses have glare! Murphy's Law in action? I'm going to work on this and see if I can whip it into shape. Down with glare! :) Susan

Sometimes, especially with kid's glasses, you can pop the lenses out if you're planning a photo shoot. That way, the frames are still on their face, but you don't get the glare.

Totally doesn't help for already-taken shots, or lenses that won't come out of the frame, but I thouht I'd toss that out there. If you're planning a home-studio-style photo shoot, it might be an idea.

Betsy, you are so clever! I'll check Paige's glasses and see if they can tolerate that. Thanks!
