Ok, so I'm a newbie here. I'm just getting into scrapbooking digitally and haven't completed a page I'm ready to share yet. Although, I must say that I've been using PhotoShop for years and I guess in a lot of ways have done a lot of my scrapbooking digitally with titles and such. My son plays hockey and finding hockey scrapbook stuff is sometimes a real challenge. When that happens, you have to make your own!

Anyhow, to the task at hand. I decided I was tired of being unhealthy too, so I restarted Weight Watchers on October 24th. I had my 1st WI yesterday morning (I do the online, so I weigh at home) and I lost....
6.2 lbs.
GO ME!
I'm thrilled to participate with people that love to scrapbook and want to get healthy.

Current status of drinking water: 2 to 3 - 24 oz. bottels a day
Short-range goal for drinking water: 3 to 4 - 24 oz. bottles a day
Current status of exercising: NONE - YEAH RIGHT!
Short-range goal for exercising: 20 minutes a day (BABY STEPS!)
Current status eating plan: Prior to October 24th... too much junk!
Short-range goal for eating plan: Planned meals and journal every bite that goes into my mouth!
Current status of relaxing activities (things just for me): NONE
Short-range goal for relaxing activities: Take time for myself 2x a week ... if nothing else to actually get some scrapping done.
