If you look at the top there is a thingy that says live chat. You click on that and it should open up Java to get into the chat room. You must ensure you have the latest update of Java installed on your computer to get in. Once you are in the chatoom at the bottom of the screen there are several buttons and a long white strip that you type in. TO help you be able to keep up, click on the 4 black arrows next to the 2 red arrows (red arrows are to exit the chat room) and it will blow up into a big screen that you can then expand to follow along in the chat room. I hope that helps ??
