I've downloaded it and it was unzipped to my temporary internet files. (However, I don't see them there.) ... I tried to find it in my Windows Media Player, hoping it just lodged itself there, but it didn't. I'm so frustrated right now I could scream! ScrapGirlsRo Posted November 19, 2005 Share Posted November 19, 2005 Hi Sue, Try downloading one of the files again - (or browse to your temporary folder, find the zipped folders and move them to a better location. Your temporary folder is not a good place to have them be). If you decide to download again, make sure that you download them to a safer spot. I'd create a folder for them somewhere in "My Documents." Your problem sounds like you have lost them on your computer and because you haven't unzipped them, you can't run them. YOu need to unzip the folders before you can access the movies. To do that you need to download, then find the zipped folder and right click on it and choose "Extract All" from the pop up menu. Also make sure that your folders are completely downloaded before you try opening them up (or rather, unzipping them). Never accept the option to "Open" rather than "Save" when you are downloading a zipped file. It just doesn't work and would make you feel extremely frustrated. Once everything is downloaded and unzipped, then to get them to play you double-click on one of the movie files. Your Windows Media player will automatically start. Don't try to do it the reverse way (opening your player and find them from there.) Hope that helps! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It never asked me to "extract all" but I was able to dbl click on the folder and it went straight to Windows Media. I only downloaded the Windows Media files...I'm assuming the Quick Time files are the same, just for use with that program. Is that correct? I'm really excited about learning this stuff. I want to make a cookbook for my daughter for Christmas. I've done a few digi pages, but I always seem to get stuck on little things when trying to manipulate this program!
