Oh, how I have been missing you all so much! Unfortunately, family matters and life just got in the way and I had to step back and deal with what needed to be dealt with. I'll spare you the gory details because I would have to write a very long, long post. Family issues are so NOT fun to deal with and I don't think they ever really get resolved, so I'm just finding a way to live with things the way they are and not let them control my life. And that means coming back to a place that means so, so much to me!

Just a few updates:
I've always said I hate winter and want to move to Florida. Well, I finally did something about it. I decided to apply for jobs near where my sister lives (about 25 miles north of Tampa) and got a position as a School Media Specialist in a brand new school that's opening this August. It's a gorgeous school and the principal is a very funny man for whom I think I'll really enjoy working. My condo is on the market here (oh, how I hope it sells) and I found a beautiful brand new house down there. I plan on moving right around July 1, and I am so excited!

I can't wait to jump back in and find out what has been happening with you all. I'm just happy to be back!

I know what you mean about family and the weather!!! This year Connecticut's spring has been so cold! My husband often talks about moving to Florida some day. We recently vacationed in Sedona and for the first time I considered moving there but they don't have an OCEAN!!! Still thinking about it though...

Congratulations on the new job. Enjoy planning how to decorate your new home, and what you're life will be like in Fla. We're moving to Ft. Gordon, GA this summer. So, our house is also up for sale. It's stressful, and I am trying to focus on GA, and trying to worry less, not very successfully, about our house selling.
