I have a suggestion. Could we take the Get Healthy challenge a step further, and start scrapbooking this? It could be a weekly challenge, where each week is a different theme, such as goals, or it could be a circle journal where we swap tips, recipes, etc.
Just a thought while I am sitting here avoiding work.
Here are my suggestions for the first few topics:
1. A contract/goals
2. Before pics
3. Examples of correct portion sizes
4. A favorite healthy recipe
5. Tips and tricks

ohhh I like this.. just don't think I have time to scrapbook this with everything else that is going on... I am still trying to find time to alter a comp book into a journal before the 8th!!!!

Yep, I know that we are all a little (okay A LOT) time crunched. I am just trying to come up with something to keep up the momentum through December, and not have to start all over in January.
