MaryJo
I just started using a new one and its called Download Them All. so far its okay, its fast and a bit more organized than WinZip or 7zip, which is what I have been using, but now that I have Vista, this new one came with it, so Its a good program and I haven't had any trouble with it. luv2digiscrap
I love Exract Now and I also used FilZip... both are excellent.
Glorie
I just tried downloading the Extract Now and after about an hour a box came up that said something about time expired--I think it was Explorer. Does it take long for this to download? I have plenty of room on my computer--97% or so.
ginaMO
Try starting over and downloading it to a different place on your computer. It should not take long to download at all. And it is definitely worth the effort. It unzips multiple files very quickly, and is oh so eay to use. You just open it, selcect the files to unzip, drag them in, click one button and away you go. Glorie
I retried it and it was done in a minute or so. I wondered then if I 'got' the whole thing--LOL! But I see the icon on my desktop. So I am excited to try it in a couple of days when I sign up for the club kit!! Thank-you GinoMo for your response. Hope this all helps you too Jenny!! Chelsea
I use WinRar and I love it, because it has a cool feature for cataloging your files as you extract... so that they end up in the right folder immediately...
LibGrrl
I love WinRar. You can still download it for free, and it opens the .rar files you often find on European sites, plus it has a higher compression ratio - so you save space on your hard drive (which is precious). That is beyond amazing and this one was s.i.m.p.l.e.! I need that since I am so tech challenged! Now I too am off to get into the club knowing it won't take me all day to extract. Thanks for this MB inquiry!!

Barb Hughes
Someone on the MB referred me to extract now... WOW! Now I use with Extract NOW after downloading quickly on Safari browser that Ro recommended, and it downloads "SPLICKITY" LICK!! I usually get all filed downloaded and unzipped, stored and copied within a half hour of purchase. LOVE that!
(lynn)
After you extract your files with Extract Now, where do you find them? I like the program but can't find what I have unzipped. Lynn
kaylaugh
I use the batch unzip in ACDSee Photo Manager 10. Here's a video tutorial showing how to use it...the top video on the page. Make sure you have the update to PM10 (you should have build 243 under Help|About ACDSee.) Kristi

April Showers
After you extract your files with Extract Now, where do you find them? I like the program but can't find what I have unzipped. Lynn Mine puts the unzipped folders into the same place the zipped folders are. I use XP and switch to "details" and then sort by name. (I usually have them sortd by date when I unzip then switch to name and all my unzipped files usually show up at the top.
metam
Hi girls, I use "unzip them all" for a long time now, and I don't want to have another. Unzip them all unzips multiple zip files (and rar and all others) in one click. http://www.herve-thouzard.com/modules/wfse...php?articleid=4 For a single zip file I use Zipeg, also a free program. With Zipeg you can see a preview of all files that are inside a zip or rar file before you unzip it. http://www.zipeg.com/ Meta Meulenbelt The Netherlands
Sara Arell
My files unzip as I download them - from the program that came with my Mac - I never have to unzip anything because once it is downloading it automatically unzips itself. Now I have found that if I wander away from SG and buy something from some other unknown and less organized site that I have to unzip the file and usually don't like what I find. So I stick with SG now for everything. I have old files from other sites that I don't even use anymore - need to trash them cause they are taking up list space in my download folder - they are just not the same quality as SG.
