I can't open all my files, that I have downloaded, with the extension .ufo. What do I do about it? Thanks :banghead:

This file type is proprietary to Ulead Photo impact - are you using this program? If not, they may not open or display correctly... this following info - I got from wikipedia....

Proprietary image format used primarily by Ulead PhotoImpact, but is also recognized by other Ulead photo and video editing software programs; supports multiple layers, similar to a Photoshop (.PSD) document.

UFO files may be opened with Ulead Photo Explorer, but multi-layer images may not display correctly.

If you contact Angie (angie@scrapgirls.com) I'm sure she will be able to help you. Hopefully the UFO files are extra files contained in the product files rather than the actual product.

I see this is your first post. Welcome to Scrap Girls! :)

If you have a Ulead product, it might be that your computer is set to open graphic files with that program and it automatically changes the file extension. I don't know if that's the case. Just a thought.

[size="4") Does anyone have Angie's email address so I can take care of this problem. I paid for those files but can't download them. Thanks :bouncing-frog: [/size]
