ScrappyEthel Posted December 14, 2005 Share Posted December 14, 2005 I purchashed the waves scrap simple templates and wsa wondering if I can apply fiber in a curve to match the curves on the temaplates using Photoshop Elements 2? LissaD Posted December 14, 2005 Share Posted December 14, 2005 I am really not that familiar with PSE2. I just got PSE3 about a week ago. LOL. You can make your fiber have a wave in it by going to effects, distort, wave and you will open a box to customize a wave in your fiber. You can probably get pretty close, or make a complimentary wave. Other than that I don't know how to accent exact edges in PSE.....
