$200 Digital Cameras Any recommendations?

I plan to buy a digital camera for myself within the next month or so, but really only see myself as be able to spend about $200 or so. Can I get a decent camera for this amount? Any recommendations?

I have avoided buying one because I want a really GREAT one and I haven't wanted to settle. So I have continued to use my 35mm (which I do love), but I really think it is time that I get one, even if it isn't the super nice ones that I would love to have.
