Reducing Size Of Lo For Uploading

Hi,

:banghead: I've been having trouble reducing the size of my layouts for posting...I know it something with the resolution of the picture changing it from 300 to 72 dpi but whenever I do that the picture becomes either real blurry or very pixeled (I don't think that's a word). I'm using paint shop pro.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
