Photoshop 4.0 (if it even still exists) would be ancient and it is very unlikely that anyone would be teaching a class on it. Photoshop is the expensive program that it targeted to more serious graphic people. It's great! It sounds like they are having a class on the 7.0 version. Photoshop Elements is the stripped down (less expensive) consumer version of the software. 4.0 is the most recent version and it is likely that they would be teaching a class on it. These classes are likely to be centered about editing photographs, rather than scrapbooking. Just the class information and syllabus to make sure.
