I do all those things, except that I don't use digital for crafts and home decor- unless cardmaking counts. And I guess really I do use in home decor if you count printing out digitally manipulated images to frame and hang- oh gee I guess I really AM all wrapped up in this! I guess what I'm saying is I don't do a lot of crafty things like altered art and whatnot- oh, well, unless you count....

Darn it. And here I was so firmly in denial!

Well.. the only real scrapbook I've made was in the 12th grade, when I had to make one for English class. But... I keep seeing so many beautiful ones, and want a nice way to keep my photos. I think I'm going to do it digitally and find somewhere online to keep them, or something, because we don't have ink atm.. and won't for a while. Plus I think it would be easy to share my scrapbook this way... just put it on a cd and give it to whoever I want!:)

I use my digi layouts (and my scanned in paper ones too) to illustrate the articles I write on my blog.

I also like to resize them and print them out on photo paper to keep in my albums. When I do that I usually combine the paper and digi worls by leaving off some embellishments and replacing them with 'real' ones on the print out. or printing parts of the layout sperately and making lift up flaps for hidden journalling.

Do you view your scrapbook page on the computer? Yes. Once a year, I take my albums I've created that year and put it on a cd, so it takes up less space. But I can still view them that way, ya know?

Do you share your albums digitally with family and friends? Yes and no. I put some of my nicer pages on myspace.

Do you print out your digital albums? No. I just don't have the money for the ink. I AM considering doing one of those photobooks though. Just can't figure out which one. Or which album to use..

Do you use digital designs, print them out and use them in your paper scrapbooks? Nope. Once again... ink is the issue.

Do you use digital designs for crafts and home decor? Nope. Ink ink ink... the oh so lovely ink... that costs too much. We have to be very very frugal. But I do use traditional scrapping supplies.

If you design digitally, what is it that you do with these designs?

Do you view your scrapbook page on the computer? Yes!
Do you share your albums digitally with family and friends? Yes!
Do you print out your digital albums? Yes!
Do you use digital designs, print them out and use them in your paper scrapbooks? nope
Do you use digital designs for crafts and home decor? not so far

I use my digital designs in paper scrapbooks. Initially my goal just so save money by making my own captions and elements instead of buying them. Now I want to be able to mass create my custom painted papers for my books and to sell online.
Be sure to check out the commercial license products for future resale, so you're in compliance with Terms of Use and copyrights.

I freak when I go into paper scrapbooking stores/aisles. It all looks beautiful, but I can't decide what to buy, and don't want to go crazy. I usually leave with one tiny item or none. I had a friend who was that way in fabric stores. To keep her budget intact, she'd buy one spool of thread; she has an incredible collection of thread! LOL.

When I have paper supplies, I'm afraid to cut, make mistakes, waste anything. So, no paper scrapping. With Digital Scrapping, I'm fearless, and can have fun; I can re-use supplies, I can change them, etc. Good luck on your journey!
