Wendy J
I'm running a Windows XP computer and have both Carbonite and Mozy installed - no problems, no conflicts. The only complaint I have is that I have to continually configure Mozy to only backup my EHD - it wants to back up my C drive also. HTH

BethLang
I would love more info on Mozy. Is it enough for backing up both, or do I need Carbonite in addition to Mozy? I had sudden death over here and don't want it to happen again!

Have you ever tried backing up the same hardrive with both? I started with Carbonite only and when I purchased my EHD I realized I needed another program to back it up, so bought Mozy. Initially my C: drive was being backed up by both Carbonite and Mozy - no problems or conflicts. However, I've never had to retrieve any files, and when I look in Windows Explorer at the files listed for each program, everything seems to be in order. Now I'm thinking as I write this that I should try to retrieve some files just to ensure everything is being backed up properly.
